Starting a vegetable garden at home is a great way to spend time with children or spend time outdoors in the sun. Planting a garden with vegetables also rewards you with nutritious fresh vegetables, enjoyment and economic savings. Join Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chemung County to learn how to start a vegetable garden this spring. No yard? Don’t worry! We will also talk about square foot gardening, vertical gardens, container gardening, etc.
