Power of Attorney Law Changes

New York State recently changed the Power of Attorney Law and it will be effective June 13, 2021. Join us for a brief presentation, learn about the new POA form, find out what has changed in the new law, and what is staying the same.

The session will be led by Patrick Roth, Elder Law Attorney, CPA from Corning.
