4-H Poultry Processing 101

Hermann Weber is offering a poultry processing workshop geared for 4-H members at his processing facility. He will cover all aspects of processing and regulations. There will be hands on components and participants will need to wear washable boots. A parent/guardian will need to accompany youth members during the event.
