Michelle Chase began as CCE Steuben’s 4-H Program Coordinator in February 2022. A Bath Haverling Central graduate, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Science and Business Management from SUNY Morrisville. Previously she has been employed with Morning Glory Farm as a stable manager, with Enterprise RentACar as a branch manager, and with Eastern Metal Signs and Safety Inc as a Production Control Supervisor.

Michelle enjoys being able to work with kids and help them learn life skills. Her goal is to grow the 4-H program and show youth the value of things that can be earned. She is particularly skilled in event planning and putting together events where people can come together and enjoy the results of all that hard planning.

Michelle lives in Bath with her husband and two young children and a host of pets including a dog, a cow, cats, horses, pigs, rabbits and chickens. She enjoys camping with her family and showing her horses.

Her passionate, caring, and friendly personality are an asset to the CCE Steuben 4-H program and all the youth that it serves.
