Pat Lamphier has been with CCE Steuben for over 20 years as a Nutrition educator for Expanded Food Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP). Pat is a graduate of Greenwood Central School and continued her education at Corning Community College where she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Human Services.

In the mid 80’s Pat joined CCE Steuben/Allegany WIC program where she dedicated 13 years of service. Pat also served on the Allegany County Ecology committee as well as a 4H club assistant leader.

As a Nutrition educator she teaches and helps families to make healthier choices, her Motto is “Tell me, and I forget; teach me, and I remember; involve me, and I learn.” She enjoys her work because every day there is always something to learn.

Pat lives on the Steuben/Allegany border with her husband, and they have two daughters and three grandchildren. She enjoys family, quilting, gardening, and charity work.
