4-H Market Animal Sale
The 4-H Auction is a year long project where youth learn about raising, finishing and marketing their animals. The project culminates with an auction at 4-H Showcase where the buyers that youth have recruited bid on an animal and the youth is able to benefit from the profits.
All youth that sell animals at the auction are YQCA (Youth for the Quality Care of Animals) certified. YQCA is a national multi-species quality assurance program for youth.
