If so, join us for the SNAP-Ed New York Fruit and Vegetable Prescription (FVRx) program and start off your summer with FREE fresh fruits and vegetables (up to $120 worth!)
The SNAP-Ed New York FVRx program is a 6-week long healthy eating program that meets weekly for online classes in a group setting. After attending each session, participants receive $20 in vouchers which can be used at local approved retailers to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. Topics covered during the classes include making small shifts for healthier choices, tips for food shopping and menu planning to save money, and weekly food demonstrations using seasonal, low-cost recipes.

Our online classes meet via Zoom, which requires access to either the Internet and a personal device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) or a phone line.
